Owners: How to list
List your fish house with JigHub and gain access to the largest minnesota ice fish house rental booking site.
We provide you with all the tools you need and make it easy to manage your fish house rentals. Create your JigHub listing by entering your property description, prices, amenities, location and add photos/videos. Our interactive calendar and messaging systems make managing your online bookings a breeze.
Step 1: Sign up for an account with JigHub by creating a username and password.
Step 2: Click on “List your fish house”
Step 3: Complete the Description, Price, Images, Details, Location, Amenities and Calendar sections for your fish house (Click save at the bottom of each section before proceeding to the next section).
If you have multiple fish houses, repeat step 3 for each house (all of them will show up as inventory under your account). After each listing is completed and saved, a message is sent to JigHub to review and publish the listing. Once published, your house will show available to book online.
When you receive a booking request (you will be notified via email), log into your JigHub account and check the My Bookings section to view the request. Here you’ll be able to create an invoice and see the details of the booking request. You can modify the invoice if needed (i.e. add an extra fee for road access) and approve and send back electronically. The renter will receive the invoice and will need to pay the deposit via PayPal before the rental is confirmed. The non-refundable deposit of 50% is sent directly to JigHub (JigHub will withhold their agreed % fee for providing the website and booking services and pass the remainder on to you). You as the owner set your own payment/collection policy to collect the remaining 50% of your listing fees. Generally, the remainder is paid upon check-in or check-out and is paid directly to you from the renter at that time.
After the booking is confirmed you can arrange all other details with the renter through our messaging system and coordinate their arrival time and other particulars to help you provide an excellent experience for your guests.
